The effects of pregnancy and birth, not to mention the physical demands of motherhood can leave women feeling weak, disconnected and in pain.
Join Laura Wood, prenatal and postnatal yoga and pilates teacher, Core Confidence Specialist and doula, as she provides women with a whole body, balanced approach to postpartum re-training.
This 6 week series is specifically designed to help women reconnect and restrengthen their bodies in a safe and effective way after birth. Classes draws on yoga, pilates and corrective exercises to provide a balanced movement practice that releases over worked muscles while restoring core function and overall strength so mothers feel stronger and more energized.
Participants will receive weekly follow up emails with exercises and educational tips to help them feel inspired and confident as they restrengthen and restore their bodies after birth.
