West End Mamas can help with every aspect of your quest for Motherhood

Returning to run postpartum

In this free one-hour workshop, our physiotherapist will help you know when when it is appropriate for you to return to run (or other impact activities) after baby.

We will discuss strategies for pelvic floor and core strengthening, as well as a gradual return to run program that will keep your body happy while running!

Please leave baby at home if possible. We will be doing some exercises as well as possibly going out for a run.
