Mom & Baby Yoga
Join us for a 6-week gentle mom and baby yoga class – stretch, strengthen, and connect to your postpartum body. Classes are one hour long, and limited to 8 participants per class. You will get individual attention, and make some mama friends while you’re at it!
Please note that there will be no class on July 17 – the series starting on July 3 is a 5-week series and is prorated to $90 for 5-weeks.
