Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
Yoga classes may only be cancelled or changed at least 6 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations and changes should be completed through West End Mama’s MindBody Online system (please call the studio if this is unavailable).
Unlimited pass holders will automatically be charged a fee of $25 for missing a class or cancelling less than 6 hours prior to class start time, after the second occurrence.
Multi-pass holders or drop-ins will lose their class credit for any registered classes that they miss or fail to cancel within the 6-hour window.
On occasion, teachers may be substituted at short notice; in such cases the cancellation policy still applies.
Classes and Workshops
Classes and workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the class/workshop will be credited in full to your account. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks or after class has started will not be credited.
Changes such as switching into another class or workshop may be made without penalty if the change is requested 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop.
In the event that a class or workshop is cancelled, registered students are eligible for a refund or may select an alternative and equally priced class or workshop option.
On occasion, teachers may be substituted at short notice; in such cases the cancellation policy still applies. There’s no exception to this policy. We thank you for your understanding!
You may cancel your appointment by providing us with 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time are subject to a full charge.
Don’t worry, we won’t charge you if you’re in labour. In that case, please have a great birth and send us a photo when your baby is born!
What is your late arrival policy?
We understand that life happens! Traffic, diaper blow-outs, crying babies and life can get in the way of getting somewhere on time. However, out of respect for everyone’s time, we do ask that you arrive on time for your classes and appointments.
Unfortunately, if you’re more than 5 minutes late for a class or workshop, we will not be able to accommodate you. We thank you for your understanding, for honouring our policy, and for respecting everyone’s time.
