Laura’s goal is to help you feel your best as you move through pregnancy and into motherhood, by providing a movement practice that supports both the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and motherhood.
By drawing on elements of yoga, Pilates and functional movement, my classes are uniquely designed to build strength, improve postural habits, and protect/restore your core. She will also help you create a deeper awareness of, and connection to, your body so you feel more energized, empowered, and confident at this transformational time in your life.
